主讲人：Till Talaulicar
Till Talaulicar，德国爱尔福特大学企业管理教授，组织与管理讲席教授。Talaulicar教授是《Corporate Governance: An International Review》学术期刊的副主编、《Management and Organization Review》的高级编审、《Organization Science》的编委会成员。而且，他也是国际公司治理协会委员会主席。他的主要研究和教学领域包括公司治理、组织设计和公司伦理，在众多德国和国际期刊上都发表过很多学术作品。
Lecturer: Till Talaulicar
Till Talaulicar is a Professor of Business Administration and holds the Chair of Organization and Management at Erfurt University.Professor Talaulicar is Associate Editor of Corporate Governance: An International Review, Senior Editor of Management and Organization Review and serves on the Editorial Review Board of Organization Science. Moreover, he is Chairman of the Board of the International Corporate Governance Society. His main research and teaching expertise is in the areas of corporate governance, organization design and corporate ethics. He has published widely in these areas in German and international journals.
